Iso2God for Windows, Linux & Mac
The platform question defines everything else about Iso2God. The original tool by Team 360h — final version v1.3.6 — is a Windows-only .NET GUI, and no native Linux or macOS build of it ever existed. That is exactly why the cross-platform answer exists: iso2god-rs, the MIT-licensed Rust command-line rewrite, ships native binaries for Linux x86_64 and ARM64, macOS Intel and Apple Silicon, and Windows.
The guides below cover each platform honestly, including the two newest developments: iso2god-next, a GTK4 GUI fork of rs released in October 2026 that is still lightly tested off Linux, and community GUI front-ends that wrap the rs engine.
Platform guides
- Iso2God on Linux — Native Linux options: the iso2god-rs binaries and the new iso2god-next GUI, since the classic GUI has no Linux build.
- Iso2God on Mac — macOS options for Intel and Apple Silicon, built on the native iso2god-rs binaries.
- Iso2God-next GUI — A first look at iso2god-next, the new GTK4 GUI fork — days old, with its own testing caveats stated plainly.
- Iso2God Windows Setup — Setting up the Windows GUI — the maintained r4dius fork — correctly on a current Windows PC.
- Iso2God on Android & iOS — The honest answer on mobile: there is no official Android or iOS version of Iso2God.
- Iso2God Under Wine — Running the Windows tool under Wine, stated carefully: an AppDB entry exists and no rating was verified.
- Which Iso2God Version? — Original, r4dius fork, iso2god-rs or iso2god-next: which one fits your platform and workflow.
